Marks's Angels Foundation is a non-for-profit organization, waiting for our acceptance as a 501(c)(3), established in memory of Mark Michael Barabash, with the goal of providing financial and emotional support for children who have been diagnosed with rare blood disorders and cancers and their families . We are also contributing to medical research in hopes of one day finding a cure.

We established Marks Angels Foundation in loving memory of Mark Michael Barabash who gave his life fighting against a combination of Leukemia and HLH. There are many children who are fighting the same battle as he, enduring a daily ritual of Chemotherapy, Radiation, needles, medication, nausea and pain. Many of these children do not have the luxury of having a parent with them through this ordeal. The reality is that parents have to work and take care of other siblings and their home. The financial burden is huge and many do not even have the means to obtain transportation. We are planning on helping families with these financial burdens hoping to give them extra time to spend with this children in need. Along with the financial aspect of our foundation, there is also emotional and informational support to help both the children and families. For these children we will be planning events based in hospital to bring some smiles to their precious faces. Other events will be held to provide information on these blood disorders and cancers and how we can all contribute to help finding a cure.
